Bullfrog's Military Discount Rebate Program provides a $500 cash back mail in rebate for active and retired military individuals and their families.

How to Redeem Your Rebate

• Visit any participating Authorized Bullfrog Spa Dealer in the USA or Canada.*
• Let them know you're interest in a Bullfrog Spa and ask for the Military Discount Rebate.
• Present the Dealer with your Military ID or other proof of service in the armed forces. Dealer will approve or deny eligibility based on documents provided. Dealer will provide the Military Discount Rebate Coupon.
• Choose your Series I or Series II hot tub and purchase from the Dealer.
• After purchase and payment in full, fill out and submit you Military Discount Rebate Coupon to Bullfrog Spas with proof of purchase and a copy of military status documentation. Please allow 3 - 5 weeks for processing.
