My husband and I bought our hot tub from Oasis in Nov 2017. Oasis was my last stop on my tour of hot tub dealers and I wish it would have been my first. Steve and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, making it smooth and painless. He took us around the showroom, explained our different options, the benefits for each spa and helped us make our decision. We decided on the Bullfrog A8D (slate surround, platinum surround, and midnight jetpacks) with 2 loungers (so we don't have to fight over who gets to recline) and Life Audio so we can listen to music via Bluetooth. The interchangeable JetPacks mean that we can have whichever jets in the seat of our choosing. You wont find another hot tub that is nearly as customizable. It also decreases the amount of potential leak points and is better insulated. We are in our hot tub at least twice per day. After just 3 days, my sleep has improved, my stress & anxiety have decreased, and my skin feels better in this New England winter (which I didn't expect!) I wish I would have gotten one sooner! If you're shopping around for a hot tub, stop and see the folks at Oasis. They can answer all of your questions and lay out all of your options and help you make a decision. I love hot tub life! My husband and I recently purchased a Hot Springs hot tub from Oasis. We stopped in the store to get an education on hot tubs. Tom was our salesman and he brought us around the store showing us what options were best for us. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and did not pressure us in any way. Based on price, quality and service we decided to buy it. A few weeks later we had it delivered and installed by John and the installation team. Everything went smoothly and we had the tub up and running that night. What really impressed us was about a week later the heating light on our tub was off. I called Oasis at noon and by 3:00 p.m. Justin was at our home diagnosing the problem. It wasn't the tub but an electrical circuit issue. Justin said that if my electrician needed any information or help he'd be glad to talk him through resolving the issue. It was easily fixed and we've been enjoying our tub daily. We have had such a positive experience with Oasis that we would truly recommend Oasis to anyone thinking of getting a hot tub.read more

We couldn't be happier with the purchase of our first hot tub from Oasis. The entire staff was fantastic, from helping us find the right tub for my family and my budget, to an onsite evaluation of where to place it, first rate knowledge all the way. We are in it almost everyday, even in the winter in NH! A new hangout for my teenagers and their friends, and a quiet escape for me! Thanks Oasis!read more

I was having some issues with my new tub shutting down daily. Upon my first call Justin came over virtually immediately and he began investigating. He checked multiple items within the tub and determined it was external to the tub. He then went above and beyond to ensure the issue was resolved. Not only was he instrumental in resolving the issue but knowing that I had back surgery earlier in the day he even asked if he could assist me in getting anything else done around the house such as moving object etc. The amazing service provided by him and the wonderful staff at the store are truly examples what customer service should be . I bought my first tub from OASIS back in 2000 and was extremely happy with the support I received over the years from Rich, Tom and the entire crew. So when it was time to buy another tub it was an easy decision to buy again from OASIS. They just delivered my new HotSpring Flair Hot Tub and I couldn't be more happy and impressed. The install team of Jean, Jason and Brandon couldn't have been more helpful or professional in removing my old tub out and installing my new tub just the way I wanted it.... perfect. From the deep discounts they gave me for being a loyal and returning customer to the way all the crew made me feel about my purchase, there is no other place in New England where I would buy a hot tub.
