Oasis Hot Spring Customer Testimonial,
We recently were part of New Hampshire's most costly power outage ever. Our home was without power for nine whole days from Dec. 11th to Dec. 20th. Although we did experience some freezing of our home's heating pipes, we did not sustain any damage to our Hot Spring Spa(Aria model). We were extremely surprised. Many of the nine days were below freezing outside especially overnight when temperatures fell to around 10 degrees on many occasions. We were fairly sure that our hot tub might be a goner. When the power was restored, we did not have to do anything for the hot tub. It went on and heated back to temperature within hours. What a nice surprise.
We want to express our thanks for such a well built(insulated) product. We had only owned the hot tub for 4 months and were leary when we first questioned our dealer about such an occurrence and their claim that it would be fine for at least a week. We are very happy customers to say the least and will highly recommend Oasis Hot Spring Hot Tubs to all who ask.
Again, thank you for making such a fine product and we look forward to being customers for a very long time due to this experience.
