Re-Opening Guidelines NH Starting 05/11/20
At Oasis we are committed to fight the transmission of COVID-19. Therefore, to protect our staff, families, friends, and customers we are putting forth the following guidelines and requests.
New store hours as of 05/11/20
Monday-Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
Sunday; 9:00am – 3:00pm
Our showroom will be open by appointment for viewing our selection of hot tubs and saunas. Customers can request appointment times by phone or email and we will do our best to accommodate you. Times outside our stores hours may be available upon request.
Customers are requested to wear face masks during the entire time of their visit. Oasis will provide face masks and hand sanitizer at the entrance of our showroom. All staff members will also be wearing face masks and will make every effort to keep a social distance of at least 6 feet at all times.
Store visits should be limited to 2 persons per family with no more than 10 visitors in the showroom at any one time.
Curbside supply pick up for existing customers
Because of the confines of our showroom, we will remain closed to over the counter sales of hot tub supplies and chemicals. Current customers may call ahead or email your request for curbside pickup. We also offer next-day processing of all supplies on our website e-store.
