Great service, I bought my hot tub from a dealer in Massachusetts and it stopped working in December they gave me a date 3 weeks out I called oasis and they came within 2 days to fix it even though I was not a current customer.read more

The best in New England for a reason! The service team is unmatched. I bought a hot tub a year ago and not moving to atlanta. Not only did these guys go above and beyond for me but they returned the same service to the client I sold my hot tub too. They have always been there when I had any questions post purchase and never seemed bothered. I think it would be foolish to purchase a hot tub any where else.read more

We bought the Hot Spring Triumph, it was delivered during the winter and filling it was not possible until now. When filled the remote control went whacky and did not work. Oasis made a one day visit and replaced the remote. We took our first experience today and commend Oasis for their prompt service. Highly recommend!read more

UPDATE: After 2 years enjoying our hot tub, it began acting up and the remote control, plus docking station was not functioning as it should. I called the Oasis store, explained my problems and was referred to Justin in Service. Justin was very friendly, attentive to my needs and first offered me suggestions on how I might try to "fix" the issues myself to avoid a service call, but told me to call back if I could not fix it myself. Well, the issues with the tub not only continued, it appeared to get worse, so I called Justin back. He immediately diagnosed the problem and told me he knew just what was wrong. An appointment date was set for a service call and Justin arrived punctually with his partner Jason. The faulty parts were replaced in a short period of time, the necessary software for the system upgraded-downloaded and I could not be happier with the service I received. Justin made sure that he system was running perfect before he left and gave me the feeling that he actually cared about customers.My wife and I were considering buying a Hot Tub and before making our purchase did a lot of “research” and read several “reviews” of available products and providers. We narrowed our search down and decided on a Hot Springs “NXT Jetsetter” model, Tuscan Sun Shell color, with Mocha color cabinet. Several calls were made, as well as visits to various stores, but I was quite impressed after a phone call made to “OASIS Hot Tub & Sauna” in Nashua was received by a very friendly and knowledgeable sales representative (Tom M). We chatted for some time and he answered any questions I had and told me he actually had the model and color hot tub I wanted in stock on the showroom floor. My wife and I made the hour long trip from our residence to the store and were pleasantly pleased to see the tub we wanted in “real life” and you might say it was “love at first sight”. Tom stayed with us and was very helpful to answer any questions and explained our options without any pressure what so ever. After consulting with the owner, Steve, we were allowed and agreed to purchase the floor model as it was the tub we wanted and would not have to wait 4-6 more weeks to order another. Delivery was also set up and scheduled in a timely fashion by their coordinator, Jean who showed up with his crew on the date arranged and insured the tub was placed and set up with accessories. We could not be happier with our purchase and attention from the staff at Oasis Hot Tub & Sauna in Nashua, NH.read more

The staff was great to work with. This was our 2nd hot tub that we purchased from Oasis. All of their products are high quality at a reasonable price. The 1st hot tub lasted for over 20 years with continued use (even sold 1st hot tub for a great price before purchasing a new one). We are very happy with the service offered, staff was always prompt in delivering products and also servicing hot tub if needed. You can always find a great deal for a great product at Oasis.read more
